JOB DESCRIPTION:
Los Angeles Imaging and Interventional Consultants (LAIIC) is a physician-owned and physician-run private practice group providing professional radiology services for the PIH Health System. The PIH network includes three hospitals located in Downtown Los Angeles, Whittier, and Downey, as well a number of Hospital-owned outpatient centers in the region. The group is very secure, enjoys a strong relationship with the hospital system, and has been providing imaging services to the hospital enterprise for over 30 years.
POSITION SUMMARY:
* Partnership track position for a fellowship-trained diagnostic radiologist
* No Mammo or IR
* Strong clinical and communication skills required
* Call responsibilities include weekend and occasional swing shifts
* Internal moonlighting opportunities always available
* Start date is immediate, but flexible. Fellows are encouraged to apply.
* California Medical License required
* Must be board eligible or certified

GEOGRAPHY:
The geographic layout of the three hospitals is such that you can live pretty much anywhere in Los Angeles or Northern Orange County. We have radiologists living in Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, La Cañada Flintridge, Downtown LA, Pasadena, Arcadia, and Huntington Beach.

Los Angeles Imaging and Interventional Consultants (LAIIC) is a medium-sized private practice group providing professional radiology services for the PIH Health System. Both our Radiology Practice and PIH Health are rapidly growing enterprises in the Los Angeles area with reputations for providing outstanding quality medical care. The PIH network includes three busy hospitals located in Downtown Los Angeles, Whittier, and Downey, as well a number of Hospital-owned outpatient centers in the region. Due to rapid growth, we are looking to add one or more diagnostic radiologists to our team.
